Back in 1955 there was a beautiful resort village named Placid Palms,…

“A furious storm once roared ‘cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them there to Typhoon lagoon.”

This storm known as Hurricane Connie, not only change the landscape of this resort, earthquakes and volcanic eruption also damaged the island. However the people of the village joined together to rebuild what was left after the storm and re named it Leaning Palms Resort to give you some family fun.

Of course we are talking about Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon! On today’s show, we discuss the early concepts of Typhoon Lagoon, the fun story that is “told” throughout and give you an overall review of the water park.
