Top 5 Favorite Epcot Pavilions
Epcot is a unique park with so many different elements. One of our favorite things to do when visiting is to take our time around the World Showcase visiting each country. From the unique flavors to the amazing architecture, it’s always a fun experience. Admittedly we do love all of them a few stand out to us as our favorites.
On this week’s episode of Unlocking the Magic we travel around the globe (well actually virtually around the World Showcase) to discuss our top 5 pavilions inside Epcot. We rate and share the reasons behind each of our top picks saving our best for last.
With a total of 11 countries to choose from inside the World Showcase, it was definitely a challenge for us narrow down our favorites.
Below are some of our favorites mentioned in the show:
Morocco
That aromatic food at the Tangierine Cafe simply calls to us. The menu offers unique and savory flavors that we don’t get to regularly enjoy close to home.
The Gallery of Arts and History brings the essence of Morocco to Epcot and for a while, we actually feel that we have traveled far across the world.
Norway
Even before the incredibly popular Disney film Frozen was released, Norway was always a must do when visiting Epcot. Something about the coziness of this pavilion makes us feel 10 degrees cooler and instantly craving hot chocolate and fleece blankets. The Stave Church at the entrance is home to neat Norwegian artifacts and tells the story of how Frozen was
Japan
Perhaps one of the best places to take photos in Epcot, this pavilion always captivates us. Located in the center of the World Showcase, the tranquility of this country is much needed after a long day. The kids always love grabbing a shaved ice at the Kabuki Cafe and taking in the atmosphere. The shopping here is outstanding even if you’re just looking to browse.
Mexico
Mexico pavilion always puts a huge smile on our faces and the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the three Caballeros completes the experience. Just be sure to avoid sneaking any food and drink onto the attraction (Bruce!!!) The incredibly themed restaurant, shopping and setting are stunning.
